Joe Becker, known around the job site as “RIP” (a nickname affectionately borrowed from Yellowstone), serves as Director of Field Operations at Pinnacle Commercial Development. With over three decades of hands-on construction experience, Joe brings unmatched expertise, leadership, and field-tested know-how to overseeing company-wide safety standards and on-site procedures.

Joe’s career spans 28 years as a project supervisor, 20 years as a union carpenter, 17 years as a licensed superintendent in New York City, and 8 years as a dedicated safety coordinator. His vast experience includes ground-up builds, renovations, additions, and large-scale new construction across diverse retail, medical, industrial, restaurant, municipal, and self-storage sectors. Among his proudest achievements are multiple high-profile self-storage developments in New York City.

A graduate of high school and the Carpenter’s Union Trade School, Joe is passionate about continuous learning and driven by the desire to make a positive impact through collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving. His approach to client relationships is built on trust and transparency, offering expert advice, proactively identifying challenges, and ensuring every solution aligns with the client’s business goals and vision.

Beyond the job site, Joe enjoys life in the saddle. A passionate horseman, he raises and trains Quarter Horses, often hitting the trails or honing his skills in western cow penning. Known for his great sense of humor, Joe also has a reputation for playing practical jokes on his coworkers, bringing both levity and leadership to the Pinnacle team.

With a deep commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork, Joe continues to be a cornerstone of Pinnacle’s field operations, helping ensure every project is executed with excellence from the ground up.
