Pinnacle Commercial Development completed the ground-up construction of a 98,358-square-foot, six-story Treasure Island Self Storage facility at 119 W 145th Street in Manhattan. Built between two existing structures in a dense urban environment, the project required detailed logistical planning and precision execution to meet structural and zoning constraints.

Delivered in 2019, the facility adds much-needed storage capacity to the area while demonstrating Pinnacle’s expertise in complex urban infill construction and vertical self storage development.
