Pinnacle Commercial Development completed a 19,272-square-foot tenant subdivision and remodel project in Norristown, PA, converting a former full-size Pep Boys into two separate spaces: a Pep Boys Automotive Service Center and a new AutoZone retail location. The project included a turnkey build-out for AutoZone and night-shift renovations on the active Pep Boys side, which retained service bays, tire and parts storage, employee restrooms, and a newly remodeled customer waiting area.

Delivered in 2023, this project highlights Pinnacle’s ability to manage phased renovations in active retail environments, coordinate complex logistics, and deliver high-quality results across multi-tenant retail spaces.
