Pinnacle Commercial Development converted a former Rite Aid pharmacy into a 26,000-square-foot retail space for PC Richard & Son at 309 W 125th Street in Harlem, NY. The project included a full interior fit-out and façade renovation, completed within the constraints of a tight urban site situated between two existing buildings on a heavily trafficked street.

Delivered in 2016, this project highlights Pinnacle’s ability to navigate complex construction logistics in dense city environments while delivering a finished space that meets both client expectations and brand standards.
