Robert (Bob) Hatch serves as Vice President of National Retail Construction at Pinnacle Commercial Development, bringing more than 36 years of hands-on industry experience to his leadership role. Bob oversees retail construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring that each initiative is executed with precision, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

Bob’s career spans decades and disciplines, from owning an HVAC company to rising through the ranks to lead an expansive retail division. He has managed projects of all sizes, building everything from small-scale interior fit-outs to large-scale, multi-story developments. His work has taken him to every state east of the Mississippi, giving him deep regional insight and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory and construction environments.

His approach to leadership is rooted in accessibility, collaboration, and a shared vision. Clients value Bob’s responsiveness and direct communication, knowing they can rely on him for clear answers and consistent support throughout the project lifecycle. He also plays a key mentoring role within the Pinnacle team, fostering the growth of his department and encouraging team members to take ownership and pride in their work.

Bob is a high school graduate with formal training from the U.S. Navy, which instilled in him a disciplined, mission-driven mindset that continues to inform his work today.

Outside of Pinnacle, Bob is an active community leader and currently serves as the top officer of his local Elks Lodge, where he is deeply involved in charitable initiatives and civic outreach. A fan of live music, he enjoys attending rock concerts and festivals in his downtime.
